Project: Free-form Geometric Sculpture

Objective: Create a closed form using ten or more of the same geometric shape repeated with leather hard slabs.  Working with paper templates, paper maquettes, and experimentation to create a successful form.  Honing dry-times and good craftsmanship to create straight lines and a dynamic piece.

Objective: Replicate or reference a stone or bronze sculpture using industrial foam board.  Create a sculpture by carving from a solid block of material.  Finish surface with design, color, or pattern that contrasts the form using acrylic paint.
